Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards and is made with genuine sterling silver and true 18K gold-plated finishes, as described on each product page.

Our warranty covers the authenticity of materials and manufacturing quality at the time of delivery. This means your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, ready to be worn and enjoyed.

Because jewelry is delicate by nature and its longevity depends on how it is worn, stored, and cared for, our warranty does not include repairs or replacements for damage caused after delivery, including normal wear, accidental damage, water exposure, or improper handling. Unfortunately, we’re unable to determine how an item was treated once it’s in your care.

To help preserve the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend following our care instructions closely.

Our warranty covers:

What is not covers by the warranty?

Because jewelry is delicate and its lifespan depends on individual care, our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Tarnishing due to exposure to water, chemicals, sweat, or cosmetics
• Bent, broken, scratched, or altered items
• Repairs or replacements after the item has been delivered and worn

Once an item is delivered, we’re unable to determine how it has been handled, and therefore cannot extend coverage beyond initial quality assurance.

How can I care for my jewelry to maintain it’s beauty?

To preserve your jewelry:
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. Any chemicals can damage the metals and stones
• Remove jewelry before sleeping,bathing, swimming, or exercising
• Store pieces in a dry, soft pouch when not in use
